Pondering Kindness

Kindness must look like something. A demonstration of God’s goodness flowing from His bride to those around us. Placing others before self, keeping our eyes and ears open for an opportunity.  

Whether it’s a smile to a stranger, opening a door for those around you, driving someone in need of a ride. It’s giving of your time, talent and treasure with no expectation to receive anything in return. It’s remembering that our Most High God has extended kindness to the unthankful and wicked by giving us His Son, Jesus. 

Father, thank you for Your kindness extended to each of us through the giving of Your Son. Help us to be a people who can demonstrate this fruit of Kindness to a hurting and broken world. That people will taste and see Your Goodness and Kindness flowing from Your presence dwelling in us and accepting You as their Saviour. In Jesus Name, Amen
